 | Receiving Your Membership ID Card | | You will receive your membership ID card at the store when you sign up. You may use the card that very day and we will collect the points on your transaction. If you lose your card, you may get a new card by returning to the store, completing an updated form and obtaining a new card. We do not mail cards to members or accept signups via phone or email. |

|  | Frequently Asked Questions | | Q. Where can I redeem my Raisin Rack bonus rewards card? A. You can use your Raisin Rack rewards coupon at the Raisin Rack locations in Westerville or Canton, Ohio.
Q. Do I need a card to receive special pricing? A. The Raisin Rack rewards card is not a discount card. We will send you special coupons to use in the store on future purchases, but the card is not necessary to receive sale prices.
Q. What if I don't have an e-mail address? A. We are currently only offering online rewards account point tracking, Health-E-Coupons, and E-newsletters via email. You need an email address to register for an account. If email is not an option for you, please call (614-882-5886) or email us (rackpoints@raisinrack.com) and we will do our best to assist you.
Q. I think I already signed up for a rewards card; do I need to sign up again?? A. Yes! We need your information to assign your online Raisin Rack rewards account, so please fill out the enrollment form at and get your Raisin Rack rewards online account. Once you have joined the Rack Rewards program, you will not need to sign up for any other mailing list.
Q. How do I earn points? A. You will begin accumulating points on the first purchase you make with your Rack rewards card. You must use your card every time you shop to earn points. For every dollar you spend on qualifying purchases, you earn one point. Qualifying purchases exclude alcohol and sales tax.
Q. What if I forget my card and I want my points for a purchase I already made? A. You must use your card every time you shop to earn points on your purchases. If you have forgotten your card, we can look up your name name at the register.
Q. When will I receive rewards bonus coupons? A. You will receive a $10 reward approximately two weeks after you reach 300 points.
Q. What if I lose my Rack rewards customer card? A. If you lose your card, you will need to visit one of our stores to get a new one. While your new card is being entered into our system, ask the cashier to enter your name at the register so you still continue to accumulate points.
Q. How do I check my account status and balance? A. Go to www.raisinrack.com and click on the Rack Rewards tab. If you have not registered an online account, you must do so to access your Rack points and account status. For online card registration assistance, contact or rackpoints@raisinrack.com or 614-882-5886.
Q. What are Qualifying purchases? A. Qualifying purchases are all purchases at the Raisin Rack (excluding alcohol and sales tax). Other exclusions may apply.
Q. Can I get an extra Raisin Rack rewards card for another member of my family? A. We provide two key tags and one wallet card for each account.
Q. Can I cancel my account? A. You can opt-out online or contact us at rackpoints@raisinrack.com if you no longer wish to receive our correspondence or participate in the program.
Q. What if my spouse and I both join the Raisin Rack rewards program and now have two different cards but want to be on the same account? A. Because you are given a two key tags and a wallet card, you can give your spouse one you are not using and use one account (destroy or return the cards you are not using). You also can contact us at 614-882-5886 or rackpoints@raisinrack.com to request that your accounts be merged.
Q. How do I receive my reward coupon card? A. Reward vouchers will be sent to the postal mailing address you provided Raisin Rack.
Q. How do I use reward vouchers? A. Once you receive your reward, you can take the card to either Raisin Rack store to use toward your next purchase. Rewards cards should be treated like cash but must be used in full. They are not redeemable for cash and expire 60 days from the day the card was mailed.
Q. Do the rewards bonus cards expire? A. Yes, each rewards card has a 60-day expiration date from the time the reward is mailed. The expiration date is listed on the card. We encourage you to use the cards as soon and as often as possible to receive the savings.
Q. What if I don't use my entire rewards card? A. You must use your rewards bonus card in its entirety; we cannot give cash back.
