Natural Foods Awareness Class

    Tamara Woods of A Touch of Healing will offer a presentation on natural foods awareness at the Westerville store on Tuesday, June 26 from 7 to 8 p.m. Her talk with focus on building awareness of whole foods in the diet and practical applications for adding whole foods to the diet.
    Tamara is an associate of A Touch of Healing, a private holistic practice in Worthington. She is a certified Reiki master-teacher, certified Bio Accoustic Research specialist and certified in the advanced Jaffe-Mellor Technique (JMT) for allergies, arthritis, autoimmune, imflammatory and neurological disorders.   She has done extensive research in alternative therapies and developed a balanced approach to addressing family health issues with nutritional and holistic practices.
    "I can show you how to get your family eating over 50 percent fresh fruits, vegetables and live foods by applying a few simple techniques," she said.
