This dressing is wonderful served over grains or pasta.
Diet Types: Dairy Free, Vegetarian
  • 4 tablespoons Pine Nuts (pignoli)
  • 1 large clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup Brown Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Serves: 4
    Cooking Time: Under 15 minutes
    Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.
