Are any ingredients used in Bakery On Main’s products GMO free?
Yes, all our ingredients are GMO free.

It seems like Bakery On Main Granola contains a lot of fat, is that good for me?
Bakery On Main Granola is free of dangerous trans fats and cholesterol. The oils come from nuts and seeds and monounsaturated canola oil and are a concentrated source of energy.

What does “Natural Flavors” mean?
Bakery On Main uses natural flavors that are obtained without the use of any synthetic solvents, genetically modified organisms, irradiated materials or the addition of MSG. They are mixtures of the essential oils, essences or extracts derived from a spice, fruit or vegetable.

What does “gluten free” mean?
“Gluten free” means our products do not contain gluten proteins which are found in Wheat, Rye, Barley and most Oats due to cross contamination.

How can I be sure Bakery On Main’s products are gluten free?
We take every precaution possible to be sure our products are safe for people with Celiac disease. Bakery On Main’s manufacturing plant is certified for gluten free production by the Gluten Free Certification Organization which means they visit our plant and audit us to be sure our products are gluten free. Please refer to their web site at www.gfco.org for their procedure and standards.

Bakery On Main’s products are labeled casein and dairy free. Why do you display the Kosher Dairy (OU-D) symbol on the package?
We were recently certified Kosher Parve (OU), but it may take a few months for our packaging to cycle through. There have never been any dairy ingredients in our granolas or on our granola production equipment, but dairy ingredients were previously used in another part of our building, so we were required to display the OU-D symbol.

What Makes Bakery On Main’s Products Different?
Bakery On Main uses the finest whole nuts and unsulfured dried fruits in its Granola. Our special process creates extra crunchy and delicious whole grain clusters.

Which is the best tasting and best flavor?
Since taste is subjective, it is which flavor and fruit and nuts that you prefer.

Do you offer coupons?
You will receive a $1.50 coupon by joining our “Eat Better Live Better Club”. As a club member, you will also be sent recipes, coupons, and special offers in the future.

Are Bakery On Main’s products made in a dedicated gluten free facility?
No, Bakery On Main also makes a wheat-free certified organic granola containing oats that are not certified gluten free. No wheat ever enters Bakery On Main’s plant. An extensive cleaning procedure including testing of the surface areas of all equipment is performed after the organic product is made. In addition, each batch of gluten free product is tested each day to be sure all of our products are safe for celiacs. Our entire facility is monitored by the GFCO as an extra safeguard.
