Pickup Policy
In most circumstances, we will process your order within 24 hours of receipt. We will package all items available from our shelf and send you an e-mail confirmation that your order is ready for pick up in our Westerville store only. A copy of your Receipt or a photo ID may be required for pick up. In case of price conflict, the scanned price will take precedence over the Internet price. Prices are subject to change without notice. If we do not have some items on our shelf at the time of packaging, we will state which items are not available in our Confirmation to Pick Up e-mail. You may notify us via return e-mail or at the time of pick up in Westerville only if you would like us to Special Order the remaining items. Extra charges may be incurred in some cases. If your order is not picked up in Westerville within seven days of Notice for Pick Up, we will return the items to our shelf.

Shipping/Delivery Options
Most orders are shipped using standard UPS or U.S. Postal Service delivery schedules. There is a $9.50 shipping charge for vitamins and supplements orders of less than $50. There is no shipping charge for gift cards or for vitamins and supplements orders of more than $50. Shipping costs for grocery, personal care and other items are determined by weight. Priority or overnight shipments may be made by special request. Use the Additional Information text block to make your request. International and APO shipping must pay actual shipping costs. A fee of $9.50 will be added to international and APO orders under $75.00 if you need to track your shipment. Please refer to the order number on your order receipt. Please call our store or email your request and we will respond with a status report as soon as possible. C.O.D. requires a $9 handling charge and needs to be a certified check or money order. Please note that all charges are stated in United States currency.
All items will be shipped for a flat rate of $4.95

Sales Tax
State sales tax is applied to all shipments within Ohio. Sales tax is not applied to shipments for destinations outside the state. Sales tax varies according to the category of item ordered and are calculated at the register. State tax is charged in accordance with the law and all tax collected is remitted directly to the state and is not kept by this store. If you have a question about sales tax, please contact the store via e-mail, phone or during your next visit.

Payment Policy
Payment for Pickup Orders in the Westerville store only is required at the time of pickup. We accept cash, check, and certain credit cards. Applicable sales tax will be added to your order at the time of pickup in Westerville. Orders that are not picked up within seven days of notice will be returned to the shelf

Return Policy
Full refunds are provided for unopened products returned to the store in person or via a return shipment no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. A copy of your receipt is required with the product for a full refund. Refunds are not accepted on items returned more than 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds may be provided for opened products returned to the store in person or via a return shipment no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to deny a refund. A copy of your receipt is required for a refund.
